Reflection:

        I think this quote by Abraham Lincoln is great. This shows how Abraham Lincoln was a great man he always stuck behind anyone and supported them if they were doing right. This is a great lesson because he shows you that if someone is right but no one listens to them stand by them and support them. But if they are wrong and do wrong do not stand by and support them because you would only be encoring them to continue to do wrong.  

April Fool’s Day

April Fools' Day (sometimes called April Fool's Day or All Fools' Day) is celebrated every year on the first day of April as a day when people play practical jokes and hoaxes on each other. The jokes and their victims are known as "April fools". Hoax stories may be reported by the press and other media on this day and explained on subsequent days. Popular since the 19th century, the day is not a national holiday in any country, but it is well known in Canada, Europe, Australia, Brazil and the United States. In the Middle Ages, New Year's Day was celebrated on Lady Day, the Feast of the Annunciation on 25 March, in most of Europe. The feast's octave was 1 April. Some Pro’s from April fools Day is that you can get a really good laugh out of it. A con would be that you hurt someone’s feeling by pranking them.

        This is a great quote by Ralph Waldo Emerson. His quote is very true because character is the most important thing to have. Its so important because if you have bad character then no one is going want to be around you but if you have great character then you will be surrounded by great people.  

Health Science Librarian

Duties and Responsibilities:

          Medical librarians are an integral part of the health care team. They have a direct impact on health care and the quality of patient care by helping physicians, allied health professionals, and other members in health care stay current in the latest developments in specialty care. They also work closely with patients and consumers who are seeking information on medical care. Medical librarians provide health information, such as new medical treatments, clinical and standard trials, procedures, tests and equipment, to physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals. They teach physicians, medical students, and other allied health professionals how to use medical-related software programs, online resources, search engines , and how to search the Internet for up-to-date evidence-based medicine and other medical information. They help patients find information, answer consumer health questions, and provide general information to the health care industry.

Education:

Individuals interested in becoming a medical librarian must complete a 4-year baccalaureate program in any discipline they choose. The most common majors for health science librarians include biology, library sciences, management, or health information. Students are encouraged to include as many computer and technology courses in their undergraduate work as possible. Students are also required to have a master's degree in Library and Information Science (MLS) from an American Library Association (ALA) accredited school.            No I don’t think I would like to be a  Health Science Librarian because it doesn’t seem my type of job. I don’t really find it interesting. But it was nice to find out what exactly a  Health Science Librarian is what they do.

Reflection:

          This is a great quote by Tyler Haw and it is true. If you work hard enough even if you’re no good at it then soon enough you will progress and be better. But if you give up and don’t believe in yourself then you won’t achieve anything and you will stay the same. Just like Tyler he tried hard and spent hours working on getting better at basketball and look at him now and what he’s achieve. Any great player Jordan, Magic, Duncan, etc.. they all put so much effort in their work and now they are the best of the best all because they never gave up. For example if you’re not good at a certain sport but you really want to play then just keep trying and you will get better and better at it.     

Cameron Dallas 

YouTube and Vine star who is known for his comedic videos on his self-titled channels. In 2014, he starred in the Awesomeness TV comedy film Expelled and he also accepted a movie deal with Awesomeness TV to star alongside his friend Nash Grier. He has over 6.5 million followers on Vine and more than 3 million subscribers on YouTube. He received a Teen Choice Award for Most Popular Viner in 2014. He is 20 years old born on September 8, 1994. He first joined the YouTube world on September 10th, 2012. He was raised by his mother Gina and he has a sister named Sierra who is also active in social media. He literally my favorite person ever he’s so sweet and omg he’s so perfect. Also I’ve already met him and he’s the best person in the entire world in real life and I hope to meet him again soon. He’s got the best smile in the entire world and the softest hair and the sweetest person ever. He loves his fans so much and he’s always trying to give back to them for getting him to where he is now. Like having Meet and greets and selling his merchandise and hanging out with fans. Words cannot describe Cameron Alexander Dallas he’s just way too PERFECT.

A lot of things going on

Okay 1^st thing not having Cam’s follow L. Like he’s been having a lot of follow sprees and still I don’t have his follow on twitter L L L. Still trying though cause maybe he’ll follow me so I’m just gonna keep tweeting him J. 2^nd thing going on Kendrick Lamar’s new album “To Pimp a Butterfly” its everything like words can’t describe this album. Kendrick is my favorite so this is like the best thing because he hasn’t dropped an album since 2012. So this means that he’s most likely going to have a concert soon and I can finally go. Next thing Big Sean’s album “Dark Sky Paradise” and his album is pretty good not as good as Kendrick’s but I still like it. Okay last Album Drake’s album “If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late” is my favorite this album is soo good and I listen to it all the time fav songs are “Madonna”, “Jungle”, and “You & the 6”. Another thing going on is Jack Gilinsky and Madison Beer NOOO hopefully they end soon or it’s all a lie because Madison is a horrible person and did this to all the guys in Magcon so she needs to go. Also Zayn and Perrie just ended maybe… because he was seen with another girl and her engagement ring was off so this means they broke up. This is like the best because she’s not the girl for Zayn and also he’s way too young to get married he’s only 22. And nothing new with Harry styles but he’s still my everything and I just wanted to say that cause yea. Last thing Yay Nash made a new snapchat “life of Nash” and he’s uploading all the time and his pictures are gold. J Okay final thing omfg Kian and JC and Cameron are making a video together for #20daysofdallas and im so happy because theyre my fav’s together J J cant wait till they make it JJ J.

          Yea I think I would like to work in a different country especially in a place like London. I think it would be fun and something totally different to work in a foreign country. Also it’s a new experience if you’ve never been there and they have more different jobs than the United States. So I wouldn’t mind moving to another place and working there.

        I agree with this statement by Brigham Young. This is statement is true because you can only succeed if you do right. You won’t go far if all you do is wrong you basically taking the easy way out. Doing right is tough but it’s the only way you will go places and succeed in life by your hard work and effort. Doing wrong will give up your independence and freedom and will lead you no where.       

St. Patrick’s Day

St Patrick's Day is a global celebration of Irish culture on or around March 17. It particularly remembers St Patrick, one of Ireland's patron saints, who ministered Christianity in Ireland during the fifth century. Saint Patrick was a 5th-century Romano-British Christian missionary and bishop in Ireland. Known as the "Apostle of Ireland", he is the primary patron saint of Ireland, along with Saints Brigit and Columba. On St Patrick's Day it is customary to wear shamrocks and/or green clothing or accessories (the "wearing of the green"). St Patrick is said to have used the shamrock, a three-leaved plant, to explain the Holy Trinity to the pagan Irish.

Video Reflection:

          I thought this video was very nice and made me feel good. This video was about a middle school in Michigan called Olivet and their football team. There was a member of the football team who has autism. The other members in the team planned on letting him make the touch down since he’s never made touch down. So the football players meet together with out the coach and planned it all. They didn’t make any touch downs the entire game and just let the boy make them. They wanted to make him feel like he was really part of the team and let him succeed on his own. I thought this video was great that they would make a boys day like that and do something amazing for him and that he will never forget.

I agree with this statement by George Chapman because it is very true. Many people can be great in your eyes but are they really a good person outside of what you see. For example like a celebrity you might think they are a great person and have amazing talent but are they truly good? They might hide the true self’s behind all the lights. A great person is great all the time no matter who’s around or what.

Duties and Responsibilities:

          Oncology specialists are physicians trained in a variety of cancer diagnostic and treatment procedures, such as chemotherapy and radiation therapy.           I agree with this quote by Dale Murphy it is a great quote. Dale Murphy is right because no matter what how much money you have or how good you are at something what matters is what’s inside like your personality. For example if your super rich or a great baseball player and you lack in character then no one is really going to care about you or like to be around you. But if you have none of that but lost of character then everyone will like to be around you.

          Light therapy or phototherapy (classically referred to as heliotherapy) consists of exposure to daylight or to specific wavelengths of light using polychromatic polarised light, lasers, light-emitting diodes, fluorescent lamps, dichroic lamps or very bright, full-spectrum light. No I don’t think I would like a job in heliotherapy. I wouldn’t like this job because I don’t really get the job and it’s not my type of job that I’m interested in.

Video Reflection: Mitch

                I thought this video was great and something different and nice to see. This video about a boy name Mitch and his father, his dad has cancer and is going through a lot. So Mitch decided to cheer him up and make forget about him being sick and he set a goal to win the state championship in wrestling. Mitch trained all the time and practiced all the time just to make sure that he at least make it the state champion ship. He finally made it and won the fight to make his dad proud and feel better. But all he needed was to always stand by him and love him to make his dad happy and proud. But Mitch had a right heart and did something outstanding for his dad. I thought this was a very touching and amazing story.

          I agree with this quote because it’s right because it doesn’t matter about your outside if you’re rich or poor or have great power all that really matters if you have the right kind of heart. For example some of the richest people in the world make million and millions of dollars in a short period of time but yet they’re heart is corrupt. But the poorest man who has nothing can have the biggest heart and chooses the right. The people with the least can have the most and best personality and heart, but the people with the most lack in personality and heart. They lack this because all they care about is making and spending more money. But the people who don’t have that luxury care for each other and appreciate what they do have. A right heart is someone who is caring and only chooses the right. But a wrong and corrupt heart always chooses the wrong and doesn’t care about anyone but them self’s.

Reflection:

          I don’t think I would like to be a health educator because it doesn’t seem to be the job for me, and it doesn’t seem to very interesting. Also they don’t get paid very much so no I don’t think I would like to be this.
