Dermatologist
Duties and Responsibilities:
Dermatologists
specialize in preventing, diagnosing, and treating skin diseases and
conditions. Examples of common conditions that they treat include acne,
dandruff, and skin cancer. Some dermatologists also perform procedures to
improve the appearance of the skin, such as decreasing signs of aging or
improving skin tone. These procedures include botox and collagen injections.
Salary:
$112,000
- $166,400
Education:
Dermatology
is one of the most highly competitive medical fields, and requires several
years of education and training. The first step is an undergraduate degree from
a four-year college, including pre-medical courses in biology, organic
chemistry, physics, and chemistry. Some candidates must also complete math and
biochemistry coursework, depending on the medical school they plan to attend.
Reflection:
I don’t
think I would like to be a dermatologist because it doesn’t seem interesting
and I think it would be weird for me to work as.
