“Only those live who do good.”

Count Leo Tolstoy

Reflection:

I think what this quote by Count Leo Tolstoy means that if you live a good life by choosing the right then good things will come your way and make you life so much easier. For example if you actually try on a test instead of cheating, and you pass this will be much more easier and you’ll understand the subject more.

Student Success Statement

“I hated poverty. Poverty is more of a choice than anything else, and I can change that (poverty). It depends upon how hard I want to work, and I decided that I would change it.” –Dr. Ben Carson

Reflection:

I completely agree with Dr. Ben Carson because if you do try hard and never give up you can make your life better. You can get out of the bad neighbor hoods and poverty and move up to a nice place and with a better education. But only if you try hard enough because if you give in to the culture around you, soon you will become the same.

I Think what this quote by Thomas S. Monson means that no matter what you do right or wrong something bad can happen. It’s just the way of life that you can’t change.

“Enthusiasm makes the difference.”

Dr. Norman Vincent Peale

Reflection:

I think what Dr. Norman Vincent Peale is saying that if you actually put effort into your goals or work then it makes a great difference. Rather than slacking off or putting it to the side. I agree with this statement.
